Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

Very pleased with Adapt Property Renovations. Prompt response to my post and came the very next day to view it. Explained all options to me, answered any questions and gave me a very reasonable price. Craig is a very personable guy, friendly and polite. He did a good job and cleaned up well after himself. Dan carried out plastering and replaced the skirting boards. He was efficient, courteous and competent, completing the job much earlier than I expected. He was a very tidy worker, clearing up after he was finished. I would recommend Dan (I have already booked him for another job.

Glen & Paul reboarded & skimmed the ceiling to a high standard, from start to finish the job was professional and the house was left in a tidy condition. Couldn't ask for more, extremely please with the job and the price was very competitive.

Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.

Just had a hallway and a room skimmed, price was in line with other quotes. Upon starting work I found Ian polite and easy to communicate with, he is a very tidy worker and the quality of work is very good. I am very pleased with the result. I left Ian a key to the house as I had to go to work which he posted through the letter box every night, proving his honesty aso there were nonly issues. I will definitely be asking him to complete any further plastering I need in the future.
