Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Quick to respond and get the work done. We needed big hedges cutting which was done but not as well as I have had them trimmed before. Bit disappointing considering the money paid. Especially since I had received a cheaper quote from another company. I went for speed of service rather than quality. A neighbour has had a similar experience with the same company. Perhaps they are better at paving than hedge trimming?
