James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. The work was carried out promptly and to a good standard. Advice was given as to how to avoid the damage reoccurring. It was also pointed out that the guttering needed cleaning, which was done. All in all i have no complaints at all and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
