Robert was extremely professional and polite. He was able to identify the issue quickly and make the product safe. Unfortunately the product is not repairable and needs to be replaced.

Diagnosed the problem quickly and carried out the repair to leaking pipe and overflowing tank promptly. Subsequently he also replaced our very old and stiff stopcock with an isolation switch which was also done very efficiently.

We have a small kitchen which many a large Company turned their nose up at, and quoted 12k for basic work and a dreadful design, classing a fitted kitchen as putting a microwave oven on a shelf. Complete Solutions came up with quite a number of designs, all of which were great. I wanted 'Bling' and they gave me it, I love the work that they have done, it's a kitchen to die for. They listen to your ideas and give advice, and they always put your wishes first. They don't skimp on costs, everything is top quality, and they take a huge pride in their work. They also do bathrooms. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Work was of excellent quality, did more than we asked for, Work was completed a lot faster than i expected, very clean and tidy and tidied up at the end of each day. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.
