I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Turley Properties Ltd recently transformed our back garden from a dull and dog-damaged lawn & patio to a totally redesigned open dog-friendly space. I have given an average rating for quality because to be fair I do not know the standard of his work. I had to chase a few times to get the initial quote in which when received was significantly over budget. There were a number of different minor tasks within the overall job and so asked for a breakdown of the quote by individual task so that I could assess and prioritise which I should and could afford to have carried out. I never received the breakdown of costs and the job therefore never started.
