I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. i will give josh 1 star he has not got a clue about fitting bathroom up grade the work is shoddy he missed 4 appointments without even letting me know his excuse he was busy do not hire for bathroom services..

Michael quoted and agreed to do the job. He then cancelled at the last minute on 3 separate occasions with different excuses. He finally stopped responding to messages and I had to find someone else to do the work. Project delayed by 3months. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Turned up on time and with his colleague proceeded with the work, as it was a bathroom refurb they checked positions with me as they went along which was good. The work was completed well and they left everything very clean.
