I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Neil ended up completing the full 2nd fix in my new build property, including fitting of staircase, kitchen, doors, skirting, laminate and associated tasks. All work was completed to a high standard, including the overcoming of some difficulties in actually fitting in the staircase to comply with building control. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil for your carpentry project and will certainly use him again.
Luke came round the same day to quote on the job and started the next. He was always on time, very friendly and a fast worker, plus produced really good finish. He fitted a small 2nd hand kitchen we'd bought on ebay which had units already assembled as they'd been taken out of someones else's kitchen. He was able to adapt these to suit our small and awkward space and we're very happy with the result. Additionally, he fixed some flooring in the hallway which was quite fiddly. We'd love to have him back to do more work. Luke works in showbusiness building sets etc and is able to fit in other jobs too.
The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.
