A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Leroy & his brother Archie are what I would call "old school" Caribbean chaps who operate with a basic instinct for a job properly & well done! Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. Their work is shown in the photos attached. From my own point of view they definitely rate with top marks in every way possible! And will definitely hire them again!

Then why is your new company Studio Construction Ltd being forced to close. Why have you not replied to my many requests to complete works. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

MDF ,we warranty up to 2 years, and solid wood up to 6 years I have a work shop where I can build things and furniture. We are highly trained in cabinets making. Al tips of bespoke furniture. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
