I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Booked work in, didn't turn up. Rescheduled, didn't turn up. Rescheduled again, didn't turn up. Very poor communication. Wouldn't refund my payment (£840) and now ignoring text messages. Very disappointing. I'm going to have to raise a dispute to get my money back.

Very friendly always on time, excellent on electrics but also did some tiling for me which he is not so good at. To be fair his price for the tiling was very reasonable but his price for electrics seemed very high for what he did.
