I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. i have 25 years experience in the trade & my work is finished to a high standard. all aspects of decorating interior & exterior ,paperhanging,fitting of upvc fascias & guttering also powerwashing houses & patios. i also do grass cutting & window cleaning.

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.
