I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. The amount you have mentioned is wrong and I have the invoice dated 11th March 2015 to prove it. So, in effect what you quoted and what you took from me was way way higher and you will say anything to justify that now.

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.
These guys came around to survey the job but did take a long time to present their quote. I was also sceptical at them deciding the internal wall we wanted removing was not load bearing without doing any sort of check. The quote was well detailed and professionally presented but late. Also I thought they seemed rather cocky when speaking to us about the job.

We needed a terrazzo floor removed, new tiles installed and a whole new kitchen+appliances installed. Mike and his team worked for just over two weeks start to finish. They showed up everyday and worked late to get the job done, any minor issues were sorted quickly. All the work was carried out to a high standard, the boys cleaned up everyday and gave us lots of helpful advice and suggestions throughout. We are extremely impressed with the whole team and we would definitely recommed these guys!

We had our bathroom retiled and the bathroom now looks great. We appreciated the professional and positive attitude and good communication. In particular Stephen's guys were alert and attentive to our needs throughout the project. Facts are you were asked to leave after taking advice from other tradesman and building control that observed your work in detail, you broke your own building contract, you tried pulling a fast one trying to charge us twice with your supplier for the staircase, which doesn’t meet building regs as the roof is not to drawing - I can go on, but to call yourself a trustworthy builder that for sure is incorrect and the tradespeople who are finishing this job are testament to that.
