I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Thanks so much to 1st Class Property Care for assembling my FlatPack Louis Gold Real Marble (heavy) Console Tables×2 / Lamp Tables×2 & Coffee Tables×1 as well as removing/Inspecting/re-packaging my other Louis Chrome real Marble Tables (2× Console / 2× Lamp 2×Coffee Tables), ready for putting in Storage for me to use later when changing my marble colour & frame from Gold to Chrome). A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.

The job was carried out in a highly professional manner from start to finish - from the first visit, to the very reasonable estimate speedily delivered, through to completion on the agreed date. These people are absolutely first class! They are extremely courteious and helpful, and we would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Rafal done all the work himself renovating our bathroom. The quality of finish is to a high standard. I would not hesitate asking him back.
