I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Masterteck Repair is a hard surface repair and French Polishing specialist.
Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. This young man is a trained carpenter, and is probably very skilled. But his tile laying is poor. I could have done a better job myself. I had to pull some up and reglue them as he used the wrong glue. The pattern was all over the place and he put tiny strips along the door way, so that of course they have come up.

Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
