I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. He worked around my week to get the job done , arriving at 6.20 the first day as I had to leave early for a meeting He is very tidy when working , i had to work from home a few days and you wouldn’t know he was there ! Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

Didn't get the ladder fitted but the kind gentleman had a look in the loft via the hatch and because of its location couldn't fit a ladder. He kindly helped me to take a few bits down that were up there which I was most grateful for..
