I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I would give 0 stars if possible. Eugen seemed like a nice guy and we trusted him. He was building us a standard single bed over a stair box. He started in July, it is now mid-November and after numerous messages and calls to him, he has finally replied months later, saying he won't be coming. Not only has he left it looking bad and unfinished, he has built it too small so the standard single mattress we have bought won't even fit on. We also paid him most of the total payment. DO NOT pay him until done.

Chris and his crew were wonderful. The 2 men who did the bulk of the work were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves really well. The job was done to a high standard and started and finished on time. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

Buy direct from the manufacturer and save thousands of pounds. We manufacture bespoke kitchen and bedroom cabinets and sell them for the same price as off-the-shelf items.
John did a great job at coordinating the installation for me - he managed to find me the same appliances much cheaper than I was willing to pay and arranged a great fit. Recommended.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!
