I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Can't praise Pasa and his workmates highly enough and fully recomend their work. Very well done. Would not hesitate to use Pasa again.

We have a small kitchen which many a large Company turned their nose up at, and quoted 12k for basic work and a dreadful design, classing a fitted kitchen as putting a microwave oven on a shelf. Complete Solutions came up with quite a number of designs, all of which were great. I wanted 'Bling' and they gave me it, I love the work that they have done, it's a kitchen to die for. They listen to your ideas and give advice, and they always put your wishes first. They don't skimp on costs, everything is top quality, and they take a huge pride in their work. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.
