This included repairing guttering, fascias, replacing a down-pipe and repairing the awning over my front door. All the painting work was done extremely professionally and looks fantastic. Came over to quote in response to the ad and was able to start straightaway once the price had been agreed, which was a definite advantage. Very reliable in terms of time-keeping and keeping to his word, no cutting corners. Work was of a good standard at a reasonable price.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.
