Christopher Hampton is very professional, and always maintained excellent communication leading up to the date for the job. He arrived on time, and was courteous and friendly. The quality of work is excellent, and the price was just right. I would not hesitate to recommend Hampton Preservation and Maintenance Services Ltd. Very professional outfit with a perfection rating off the scale. When giving a quote there was plenty advise and solutions. I hadn't bought the best of panels but the guys did superb job even when it came to under the stairs fitting. If I had another job needing done I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with them.

The job was carried out in a highly professional manner from start to finish - from the first visit, to the very reasonable estimate speedily delivered, through to completion on the agreed date. These people are absolutely first class! They are extremely courteious and helpful, and we would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

I needed a total bathroom refurbishment it was my very good fortune to find Charlie cowie online. id had four other bathroom specialists out for a quote but after 5 minutes I knew I wanted Charlie to do the refurbishment. his professionalism and eye for detail were FANTASTIC. he is also very friendly and treats your home as if it was his own. Charlie did all the work himself and left no mess at all. the finished job was truly OUTSTANDING. kitchen is the next project so you know who will be doing that.
