I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Have you ever been in a position to say "I just got lucky" Well I hadn't until I met Steve, I needed a Bathroom and Kitchen ripped out and replaced with new, my brief was simple, it needed to have a Wow factor, I choose from pictures on Steve's phone a Kitchen and Bathroom he'd already finished, then left everything for him to sort out? I have also fitted dozens of B&Q, Howdens, Wickes, and Homebase kitchens, as well as kitchens from other suppliers. I have over 15 years of experience in carpentry. I am very meticulous in my workmanship and I use the latest tools. Customers spend thousands of pounds on their kitchen, so the least they deserve is a kitchen fitter who will treat it with the utmost care and respect, which is what I do. I also cover other aspects of domestic carpentry work such as doors, skirting, cupboards, wardrobes etc. I also have a team of tradesmen who work closely with me such as a Plasterers/Tilers, fully qualified Electricians and Gas Safe Engineers, and Bathroom Fitters.
He did the job of high quality and standard at a reasonable price. He was very focused on the quality of work so that it could be durable and long lasting and he didn't try to rush and make short cuts. Highly recommended if someone wants top quality job.
