Jacques came to install a shower screen and fix a light. Within hours, the shower screen fell and shattered because he failed to anchor it correctly. The light he fixed now only turns on but won’t turn off. Despite multiple calls from me and my tenants, he’s ignoring all contact. His high rating is misleading and possibly manipulated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using him. And because of him, i dot think i want to use rated people anymore

I am fully up to date with all health and safety including asbestos awareness trained. I undertake all aspects of work no matter how big or small.
