I needed a Salamander shower pump replaced. Fusion contacted me directly and very kindly managed to accommodate me on my preferred date. Very bad experience. Terrible attitude & really bad worker. Damaged my walls & left loose wiring hanging out making it dangerous to even enter the room. Charged me £850 just to wire up 2 sockets getting source from another socket. Was supposed to connect wires to meter board but instead overloaded my socket & now constantly tripping fuse. Told me he will return the next day & will finish the job but has not answered his fone & has not replied to any messages. After trying to contact him for 3 days no reply.
Well we do plumbing, electric, painting, tiling etc
sadly did a very bad job on a simple shelf job. A nail Went through the wall, he dropped something resulting in skirting board damage, shelves were wonky, shelves had massive nails in creating holes that were far too big for the wall, nails falling out of the massive holes. Still wasn’t fixed despite getting him back again for a 2nd visit. We managed to get £60 of the £260 back but never got a ‘sorry’. Have had a professional round now to fix everything but there are still holes in the wall you can see.

Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
