Zamir is a complete time waster. Took my 50% deposit, then cancelled 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. We rearranged a second visit: he didn't turn up at all that day, nor did he replied to my phone calls, SMSs, WhatsApp messages, or emails. Sylvester arranged and managed the refitting of my kitchen - plastering, plumbing, cabinets, tiling. Even Replacing joists and floorboards (I had a wood worm problem).
