Paul has been a fabulous help to both us and my mum’s house/ garden. He has listened to our requirements, offered sound advice and always highlighted cost effective options. Cannot rate this tradesman as he hurt his back before starting and could not do the job. However, he was very efficient in making sure we knew he could not start and apologetic.
Good communication, turned up on time. Fitting was atrocious - five hours fitting a stair carpet, which was left with holes, not stretched or properly attached. He didn't know how to fit turns or curves. Our woodwork was damaged badly with his knife. When I politely pointed these things out, he collected his tools and left without taking payment and said that he "hadn't wanted to do the job anyway" despite the fact he viewed before and quoted. Carpet may have to be replaced. Very stressful/awkward.

Under no circumstances use these people. They have made an utter mess of our roof. They are utterly negligent. They will not return calls. They have taken a substantial amount of money and not undertaken the work. We are now asking the Police and Court to get involved.
