Often times we are able to reduce material costs as we operate a ‘no waste’ policy and purchase core materials in bulk. By doing so we are able to pass on the savings to our valued customers. Although we are very new to Rated people, please do not let this put you off. We are a group of hard working lads eager to make our mark in the building trade. Our workshop is centrally located in Walton, L4 but we are able to to accommodate contracts across the North West and beyond, subject to the works required. Individually our partners are well respected in their respective fields, but by choosing to contact us we will vouch for their services and provide added assurances that any works completed will be done to a standard that is representative of our own. Much to my delight I have been in constant employment ever since and my business has grown exponentially since it was founded in 2021.he People’s Building Group is by the people for the people. Fantastic turnaround time on this job. From coming out to assess the work needed, to completing the build, took less than 48 hours. The price was reasonable and I'd be happy to book other jobs with them and recommend them to others.

SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Scott quoted and charged a fair & satisfactory price. I am very pleased with the result. Scott has agreed to carry out additional groundwork to other external areas of the property. Bobby and Jordan and the lads were great came out and gave me a qoute really quickly and then came and did the job a couple of days later. They have transformed the garden it looks so much better. Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. They came back the next day and did the job explained what they had done at each stage and again showed photos so we could see the work. Very pleased with the result…thanks guys
