Edward is a really nice and polite gentleman. He did a very good job within a couple of days of quoting, and communication was excellent when he got delayed on the previous job. He gave me a clear description of the work and tidied all the old cement etc at the end. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend him.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.
