MARK TURNED UP DEAD ON TIME AND HIS WORK WAS FAULTLESS, WHILE ON THE ROOF HE FOUND ANOTHER BROKEN TILE WHICH HE ALSO REPLACED AT NO EXTRA COST.HIS QUOTE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND WORKMANSHIP CLEAN AND TIDY I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM

We wanted a good reliable tradesmen who could give us a good price for the installation of a lantern light window on our flat roof . Not only did SDF flat roofing give us this , but also did an excellent job keeping us informed On the progress of the work , and went that extra mile to complete the work in a professional manner and seem to take pride in what they were doing , We would strongly recommend this company . Tom was prompt and did rather more than he had contracted to do. He pulled in a small number of extras as the work progressed with very little added to the bill. It was good to find somebody prepared to do a number of small jobs.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. I would strongly recommend DJ Plastering and will certainly try to use them again.

" great lads, called within 1hr of my post, came following morning gave a quote and started 2 days later. took 2 days, excellent work, great finish. Next day came back, Cleared away every bit of rubbish and washed down all work areas, cannot rate them high enough.

The service was excellent. The response to our request was prompt and the advice were were given about the required work was professional. Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. After they'd finished, they cleared away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Above all, the cost was reasonable and the job well-worth what we paid for. Highly recommended.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
