The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

He gives good prices, but in the end leaves you hanging. Luke replastered the whole house, but some of the work was sloppy. My living room wall is still covered with bumps, which he was supposed to fix before his dad redecorated. His dad painted right over them. This is just one of several problems. So then Luke asked for an early payment and that he would sort all the problems I raised and until then I can hold off 100 pounds. He has since buggered off. I call him, I now get voice mail. Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Dont use this man. He told me he had re-felted a dormer roof, when it was leaking 6 months later he tried to deny responsibility. When faced with photo evidence he accepted responsibility said he would sort it out then no further communication. A total con man!
