Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

LRH CARPENTRY 'Turning a house into your home' NVQ level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery Certificated locksmith, new fitted Kitchens, Bathrooms, internal and external doors, laminate & real wood flooring, built-in wardrobes/shelves, skirting and architrave, loft boarding, garden decking, lock changes, roofing repairs and renews, jet washing of driveways and patios.
I hired Lee for this job and he did an outstanding job in replacing this door. He was very careful in removing the old door and worked through quite in detail to custom make the replacement door to ensure it is done to a very high standard and excellent finish. I highly recommend Lee as a carpenter.

Kris did a great job. Better finish than I hoped for. He even corrected some existing faults and put those right so that he achieved a great finish. Friendly and professional. Very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely punctual and flexible to meet some of my altered availability. Already looking at what else I can get Kris to do for me! Can't recommend him highly enough.
Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
