He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AG plumbing. Whilst the price was reasonable, I was let down many times from their subcontractor (Steve). Many cancelled work days. A hot water cylinder left at my house for weeks. Job took weeks to complete (should be 1-2 days max). Personal items "taken" from my house (owner compensated me slightly). Rusty chisel left in my son's bed. Even used my bath towels to use as floor covers! Stained my carpets. Subby was eventually replaced. Poor
