He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

A handyman arrived who couldn’t find my house... I asked for Belgravia to send me someone at 11 am this morning. Two men arrived at 9:40. It was clear neither had English as a first language and one used Google translate. That’s all fine as long as they do the job. The taps were changed. Water is having been switched off, but the bloke disappeared before I could approve the job or confirm the water had been switched on again..other minor job completed well. Doubt I will use them again.
