Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I've been in the trade for 35 years, Our main business includes house renovations and conversions, completing jobs such as converting 3 bedroom houses into 5 bedroom houses including en suites, We also complete corporate work including office renovations. These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Not sure what happened to my original rating which I left soon after the job was completed. Happy with the job that Chris and his colleague completed. Did have a small problem with the lock needing adjustment a week or two later. Chris' colleague came back and made some adjustments. I've since oiled the lock and it's working much better. All in all Chris and his partner did a good job, no complaints. I would be happy to engage him again.

I had a automatic shutter installed by this company. This company completed the work in a timely fashion and left the premises clean and tidy. I would recommend them in future.
