Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I have been in this double glazing for over 35years . Manufacting / fitting and the last 17 years service engineer for a large double glazing company . I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows. If you want New Windows or Doors and Conservatories i can do . I Have Liabiliy insurance cover.
Good work but VERY expensive!
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
