Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Ryan attended promptly, changed the wall light fitting in the bathroom and also got the electric entry phone door lock working again . All left clean and tidy , would definitely recommend.

I have been working as a locksmith for quite a number of years. I pride myself in the quality of work I achieve. NCFE accredited, fully insured and DBS/CRB Police checked. Tony was fantastic stepping in at short notice after being let down by another tradesman. He replaced our old bathroom suite and put plastic cladding on the walls and ceiling fitted new lino and other jobs that came up.
