George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Totally botched what should have been an easy job , screwed into central heating pipe causing a leak which we only discovered the next day . When the gas engineer came out, he discovered that craig had tried to patch it up with toilet paper and plumbers putty, total fail ,Craig has been promising to refund the money we paid but still no sign of him doing so . Would not recommend

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service
