DO NOT USE. Currently in a legal dispute with Clean Green Team/CGT Building Services over terrible work that they refused to rectify despite admitting fault. They fitted an internal door as an external door and fitted fire doors without any seals. Cons: 1) turned up very late on start day; 2) did not remove rubbish; 3) did not clean before they left (new patio was filthy); 4) used materials I had purchased for other jobs to complete their job; 5) quality of rendering on a small area of external wall was awful; 6) insistently pestered for payment having been slow at providing payment information (which we had to request from them).
