I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. Pete and his workman did a great job of clearing my very overgrown garden. The garden had overgrown branches, bushes, ect, and Pete was excellent with cutting back ,clearing , removing garden waste .The garden looks so much better, thanks to Pete. Very reasonable price . Definitely would recommend Pete. Very trustworthy.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
