John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

David, Adam and the team they employed were very good. They talked through every aspect of the job beforehand and made the costs clear in the contract. The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and friendly and professional. During the construction there were minor changes needed which were accomodated well, even after completion.

Had a wall knocked down and new floor fitted by Phil. He was extremely careful not to cause too much mess and double checked before going ahead with any work. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him for any future work!

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.

It was a delight to have this company on our premises. They did a perfect job on our fence in just two days. They were the most careful considerate tradesmen we have ever had working in our house. They left the garden beautifully tidy and did not even damage a plant. They were also the cheapest undercutting another company by £1000 . Would really recommend them to anyone.

Vasile layered floor tiles in our kitchen and we are very happy with the work he did.Our kitchen floor wasn't ideal but he did an excellent job in leveling up the floor.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. The work was done in good time, communication via watsapp was impeccable. and prices/quotes were competitive. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them again. Gaby is great and I strongly recommend him. I found him to be extremely reliable, exceptionally capable, a very tidy and clean workman, honest, fair and very reasonable in his costings. I also think that he can turn his hand to a lot of different jobs. Gaby installed complicated stair handrails on three floors and did a terrific job. I have already asked Gaby to do another exterior decorating job for me and would always ask Gaby to do all sorts of decorating, carpentry and building works .
