John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.

I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.

Needed a new shower plumbing in as we have no bath & only a shower so we had to keep our water turned off at the water mains , so we rang these guys & they immediately came out & fixed the problem right away within minutes , i would DEFO use these again in the future , there amazing & thankyou , frank LL22

It was a pleasure dealing with this company; they were on time and always called me as promised to make arrangements. The end result looks great and was all done with the absolute minimum mess and disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Excellent job completed by Chris. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the installation of the door in a clean and tidy manner. I was going to try and fit this door myself but glad that I left it to the expert :o). Have no hesitation in recommending Chris to my family and friends. Any more work I have to do will be done by Mack - they are clean, polite, tidy and fast workers. They even left the remaining materials for my possible future use rather than taking away what I had paid for. Thoroughly recommended.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
