We have just been asked to join Rated People ,so our ratings do not exist yet. However with over 30 years experience and countless jobs under our belt, we can do anything from fixing a broken tile to complete refurbishments and extensions. New drains to a new roof we can do it all, and do it well. Kitchens, bathrooms, alterations redecoration, all in a day's work for us. Emy has been utterly brilliant. Completely saved me in a hugely time pressured situation. Turned up first thing on the day after I placed the add. A good hard working reliable source for custom or bespoke fencing projects and all aspects of metal workings and installations. Also we build bespoke frames using mild steel; from railings to staging metal grills and also heavy duty oil drum to bbq converts, and the list goes on. We try hardest at all times to maintain a good work etiquette, and will always go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. We run a small friendly team of committed guys that have everyone in mind when it comes to health and safety and maintaining a clean and tidy work site with minimal disruption while works commence. Our primarily trades are carpentry/joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and landscaping. however Stewart and i alone have served lengthy apprenticeships with our fathers and right from the off have turned our hands to all aspects of the building trade. Most importantly we value our customers criteria and strive to go the extra mile in both keeping to strict rota and maintain the job is not only completed within the time frame but to a high standard. We honour our good reputation of being punctual and polite and most importantly easily approachable combined making it an easy working atmosphere which we feel is vitally important. We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them.
