George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Horrendous, unprofessional, really poor job.. For mother-in-law with dementia 89 and her disabled son. .Told me he had a big team though sent one person, for 3 Bedrooms, no ladders , no cloths to clean. Used my step ladders left paint on them, blinds ,sockets and carpet I had to clean. Took 3 days but some walls still had staining. Cancelled numerous times excuses., 2 different paints used, he was childminding, painter on nights, hurt ankle etc . Exasperated I told him not to return such distress caused .

Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR
