Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Messy, emulsion has several runs/drips and his cutting in skills poor. There is emulsion on brand new window and even on the outside of my brand new external door. I have to clean my fridge freezer and there is a significant spill on the top of the kitchen cabinets. The white definitely needs a second coat and some areas will need to be sanded down and redone, the ceiling spots will also need to be remove and cleaned. Did not lift sockets and switches to give a good finish. Left his rubbish.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.
