I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!
