We are a team of 21 heating engineers/plumbers and 6 electricians, serving customers in all SA & CF postcodes. We are small enough to offer a personal service but large enough to carry out work quickly and efficiently. We operate a 24 hour service for emergencies for all customers domestic and commercial. The company is run from our office in Llansamlet, Swansea where we have a small admin team of 5 that deal with all enquiries and manage all jobs. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work has seen the business grow from one man in a van to a recognised and respected heating and electrical company in South Wales which covers over 70% of heating home emergency claims. I set up Marshall Heating Solutions in February 2020, I have been in the industry for 21 years and I have gained invaluable experience in all aspects within the profession being a heating service, repair and installation engineer covering anything plumbing, heating and gas within domestic and commercials buildings. There really isn't much that I haven’t come across and experienced within the field, during my working career. I have successfully been a heating manager for a couple of successful heating business, before taking the plunge and setting up this company myself. I also have all the relevant training and qualifications required to complete all lines of work within the industry. All our quotations are free off charge and we never charge a call out fee Just a fair hourly fee off £65 & vat.

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. I would recommend them any time.

Had our boiler replaced by Truscon and were very impressed with the service and time taken to do the job. Chris came and had a look at what was needed, quoted promptly, arrived when he said they would and did the whole lot in less than a day - including the tidying up afterwards.
