DO NOT USE. Left me without any gas because he didn’t know how to reset a medium pressure regulator. Phoned me as I was out and then just left the property. He had already been paid! Had to call SGN out who reset it but couldn’t put the gas on as he hadn’t commissioned the appliance I had paid him to install. Had to pay another firm to come out and cap it off as an emergency. so my gas could be switched on. I am now back where I started. Complete disregard for safety.

Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. The work carried out was to refit a new bathroom in a different configuration. The work was completed to a good standard and we're really happy with the final look. Lee and his team were very friendly and kept tidy and clean throughout. The work did take a little longer than anticipated but this did not compromise the quality of finish. Overall I found Lee professional and trustworthy and would recommend him to others.

Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
