We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Chris was very professional and polite and got in touch with me instantly to arrange a pre-visit to look at the space for the gas connection and quoting me a price. However, when it came to doing the actual job he didn't show up the first time around and didn't respond to any of my texts/calls. We did manage to arrange another time for him to come and do the job for me.
