S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. The job has been completed to a good standard and the renderers are very nice, conscience lads who take pride in their work. However, I experienced some frustration at the quoting stage. It is all done over email/ WhatsApp and because of that, there were some "surprises " on their end when it came to doing the job. Despite me sending a video of the severity of some of the issues, this wasn't accounted for in the quote which led to additional payment. But I am happy with the final job and would recommend.

We hired Tim to replace our guttering on the front of our house - he told us that the fascia’s needed doing too so we trusted him and paid £1000 for the job. Within a few weeks it was clear that something wasn’t right as rain was pouring from the guttering. We had him back out to fix it but it still wasn’t resolved. We arranged 2 more times for him to visit and he didn’t turn up or communicate re. attending. We paid a huge amount and now probably need to hire someone else to come and correct the issue
