He kept me informed on the order he was doing things.He covered all the flooring and cleared up as he went along as well as at the end of the job. He was always punctual, arriving on time every day. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
