Ok not sure why but I'm also not sure what you could have done every wall pretty much has imprecations everywhere and we've already painted it and don't want to be in a mess all over again. I reiterate that less than a third of the job was completed and half the money was paid. This was not a payment plan issue as you wanted a small amount to cover fuel on starting the job and the balance at completion - a third of the moneys were given at the start and further funds were given after a week, although the work was no where near completion. You then made several excuses as to why you did not turn up and finally let me down completely. i stand by my original comment whole heartily HIRE AT RISK

Very happy, A*** Very professional, nothing was too much trouble. Full conversation and always kept upto date with any time delays or any problems. Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Keith is a friendly guys who came on time and completed the work as promised. Not very good with cleaning after all work was completed. Would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness. Overall job well done with 12 months guarantee, Just hope don't have to use his 12 month guarantee :).

Chris capped a chimney for me. He was prompt, friendly and highly professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. After assessing the job he also charged me less than he initially quoted on the phone and not many people do that! Highly recommended.

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!
