Joseph carried out a bathroom refresh for me which I’m very happy with. His work was of good quality, he was communicative and gave advice on what might work well as we went through. Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I'm very satisfied and would use both the website and Fraser again and would recommend Fraser to anyone needing roofing work.

Replaced new radiator which is still leaking and service a combi boiler which is losing water pressure since servised. So please be careful before hiring. Also contacted him few times for the problem after the service but no reply. So no after care at all.

Luke did an amazing job and we are so happy with the end result. From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. Incomplete works , shoddy finishing , plaster cracking already , doors falling off , faulty plumbing causing leak leading to more repairs / money . No point in phoning . I’ll sort it myself .

Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten
