After 3 other companies working on my conservatory with no success, David found the problem quickly and fixed it, which clearly demonstrates his experience. He is extremely professional and in my opinion, trustworthy. I would highly recommend David Teasdale.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Really pleased with work done by George and his team. Fitted new wood flooring to our living room, conservatory and entrance hall, also tiled our porch. The guys worked hard all day and got everything done. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built. Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.

This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.
